Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Wichita, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
