Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood West Banking Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
