Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Ironwood Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
