Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
