Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (remote)

Northwind Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
