Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Pittsburgh area, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
