Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit River Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
