Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Learning Group is an education provider in Omaha serving students and families, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
