Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Omaha, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
