Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Markets and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
