Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Oak Banking Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
