Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
