Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a regional lender in Little Rock with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of card disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
