Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Yarrow Foods and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
