Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
