Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
