Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
