Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Vista Financial serves customers across Kansas City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
