Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
