Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Jackson, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
