Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
