Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Hartford design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
