Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
