Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
