Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Bright Financial Group serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
