Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Timber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
