Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
