Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Ember Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its El Paso plant. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
