Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Linden Civic Services and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
