Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Financial Group serves customers across Des Moines with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
