Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Manufacturing and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
