Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
