Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
