Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Boise working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 325 people based in Boise. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fare systems and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
