Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job centres on board reporting for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
