Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

Nova Iron Learning Group is an education provider in Boise serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to take on board reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
