Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
