Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our board reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
