Senior Financial Analyst - board reporting (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Learning Group and adding a Senior Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be board reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Austin. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
