Senior Executive Assistant - event logistics (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to take on event logistics. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Coordinate with partners and staff about cold storage. • Handle sensitive information with care. • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. What we are looking for • Three or more years supporting senior managers. • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. • Very organised and calm under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Event planning experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
