Senior Executive Assistant - event logistics (Miami, FL)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant. The job centres on event logistics for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate with partners and staff about equipment calibration. • Handle sensitive information with care. • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. What we are looking for • Three or more years supporting senior managers. • Very organised and calm under pressure. • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Event planning experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
