Senior Executive Assistant - event logistics (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to take on event logistics. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle sensitive information with care. • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. • Coordinate with partners and staff about grower contracts. • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. What we are looking for • Very organised and calm under pressure. • Three or more years supporting senior managers. • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. Nice to have • Event planning experience. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
