Senior Executive Assistant - board support (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jackson with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to take on board support. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. • Coordinate with partners and staff about scheduling. • Handle sensitive information with care. What we are looking for • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. • Three or more years supporting senior managers. • Very organised and calm under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Event planning experience.
