Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
