Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Lakeside Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
