Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
