Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Farms Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
