Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 594 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
