Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Austin, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
