Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
